How long will my order be processed and when I will receive it?
Hi, it takes 1~2 business days to process the orders and it may take half a month to ship. Here we use Yun Express, UBI, FedEx, and DHL.

Can I Modify Or Cancel My Order?
1> If you have already paid for an order and want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.
2>If you are not sure about an issue relating to your order or you wish to change it, please contact our Customer Service Department and put the order on hold while you decide. This will suspend the packaging process while you make changes.
3>If the package has already been dispatched, then we are not able to cancel or change the order.
4>If you wish to cancel an existing order because you are ADDING other products, there is no need to cancel the entire order. Simply contact our Customer Service Department at our dedicated contact us and we will process the updated order; there is usually no additional fee for this service.
5>Generally, if your order is at an early part of the processing stage, you may still be able to change or cancel it. You can ask for a refund or provide the payment as credit for future orders.

Has my order been shipped? Where is my stuff?
When the parcel is shipped out, a tracking number will be updated to you, meanwhile, you will receive a notification email.
How to maintain the tattoo machine?
It’s advised to wipe the machine with some Vaseline lubricant after you use it.
Do I have to change th battery when it stopps working due to no power?
If your WORMHOLE TATTOO PEN stops working due to lacking power, you must have to change the battery.
What's the suitable voltage for shading and lining?
For most tattoo machine, 5-7V suitable for shading and 6-8V for lining.
