1. Regarding warranty information.

From the day you receive the Tattoo Pen Shop products, tattoo machines, tattoo foot pedals, and tattoo clip cord come with 6 months warranty; tattoo pens and tattoo power supply come with a 12 month warranty. 

 

2. About warranty requirements

For non-human damage products, Tattoo Pen Shop will provide valid warranty service. We do not provide warranty service in the following cases:

  1. The product is seriously damaged when it falls to the ground.
  2. The product is immersed in liquid.
  3. Private dismantling and modification of products

 

Attention:

Within a year, if there is a problem with your tattoo machine (such as a quality problem) that cannot be solved through remote support, you can ship the machine to our repair address for free repair. At the same time, the return shipping fee shall be paid by the buyer.


Free Expedited Shipping

Tattoo Pen Shop ensures you receive your goods as quickly as possible, with overseas warehouses in the largest US locations, currently fully stocked. If you are placing an order in the US, please select the US foreign warehouse option to place your order for payment.

We work with the world's leading courier companies, the most common shipments are DHL and FEDEX.

If your order does not have an overseas warehouse option, we will ship directly from the country of origin (when the item costs more than $75, we will ship it to you with free expedited shipping for you). Normally we choose DHL, UPS and FedEx. (Usually, delivery times will be within 7 days for the USA and most European countries).

We require 24 hours to process your order once it has been placed, please keep your phone/email open so that we can contact you in any other circumstances.

Return Policy

  1. Please contact us within 14 days from the day you receive the items.
  2. Please let us know your order ID if there is any question about your order.
  3. If the buyer returns the goods just because you didn’t want it anymore, then the buyer pays the return or exchange shipping cost. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be based on the price of the shipping company.
  4. If the buyer returns the goods because the products are broken or expired, or you receive the wrong items, then we will send a free new replacement.
