Return policy
Please contact us within 14 days from the day you receive the items.Please let us know your order ID if there is any question about your order.If the buyer returns the goods just because you didnât want it anymore, then the buyer pays the return or exchange shipping cost. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be based on the price of the shipping company.If the buyer returns the goods because the products are broken or expired, or you receive the wrong items, then we will send a free new replacement.
Refund policy
We will refund you when we receive the item. Generally, due to the bank workflow, the refund will finish within 7 â 10 working days, but we cannot make sure the exact date. We are truly sorry about that.
Cancel order
You can cancel an order within 12 hours from the day you place the order.

I ordered two wireless wrote rotary machine kits from them and only received one and emails saying that my order was complete when it wasnât I only got one kit
Your machines are very nice . I have gone through several brands of rotary tattoo machines from inexpensive to those priced the highest and your machines for the value beat them all. Not only are your machines capable of pulling fine lines and packing color the same as any other brand, they run for hours on a single charge, and so it smoothly quietly and at a fraction of the cost. I am a tattoo veteran and shop owner for over 13 years and have gone through the constant rebuilding and upgrading of coil machines and thought that I would never be cumfortable switching over 100% to rotary machines. Wormhole machines have definitely changed my mind and is like to give a big thanks to "Eleven" for working with me over TikTok and taking the time to preview these machines for me before purchasing.
